一株降解呕吐毒素枯草芽孢杆菌的鉴定与降解效果研究

摘    要:从被污染的玉米中分离、纯化得到一株白色菌株,命名为NHIBC 006D,通过形态学观察和16S r DNA序列分析比对,初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。通过发酵培养和呕吐毒素(Deoxynivalenol,DON)添加实验,发现该菌分泌了一种可有效降解呕吐毒素的胞外蛋白,最高降解率可达73.5%。同时,该菌株发酵液对玉米浆中的呕吐毒素降解率也达到80%左右,为该菌在发酵食品及饲料中呕吐毒素生物降解的应用提供了可能。

Abstract:A white strain was isolated from contaminated corn and purified on LB medium plates, and it was named NHIBC 006D. According to its morphological structure and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain NHIBC 006D was identified as Bacillus subtilis.In further research by fermentation and adding DON,the strain was found to secrete a kind of extracellular protein which can degrade 73.5% of DON in 24 h. The strain was also able to degrade 70% of DON in corn pulp, providing the basis for degradation of DON in fermented food and feed.
