| 摘 要： | 以硫酸锌和锡酸钠为原料进行了锡酸锌制备研究,通过一系列实验得出最佳工艺条件:Na2SnO31.2 mol/L,ZnSO41.3 mol/L,室温下反应4 h,终点pH值9.4,搅拌速度900 r/m in,制得锡酸锌为白色晶态粉末,呈球形,纯度达99%以上,粒径为3.8μm。对该产品进行氧指数测试,发现当其在PVC中的添加质量分数为13%时,氧指数达31.0,继续添加氧指数会继续增加,具有很好的阻燃效果。

| Abstract: | By doing a series of experiments,the best technological conditions of zinc(stannate) from ZnSO_4 and Na_2SnO_3 were obtained, that is,the concentration of sodium stannate is 1.2 mol/L,the concentration of zinc(sulphate) is 1.3 mol/L,the reaction is happened at the room temperature for 4 h,pH is 9.4,and the speed of(milling) is 900 r/min.The results show that the sedimentation obtained is white crystal powders in a shape of roundness,with the purity of over 99% and SEM diameter of 3.8 μm.The oxygen index data shows that the oxygen index may get to 31.0 when the adding mass fraction in PVC is 13%,which is increasing with the increase of addinging quantity.These data show that it is a kind of excellent blockburning substance. |
