喷煤助燃剂在炼铁高炉的试验

炼铁厂2006年下半年先在5#高炉进行喷煤助燃剂添加试验，然后又在1#-4#高炉进行混合煤扩大试验。从基准期和试验期的数据分析和经济效益分析来看，添加喷煤助燃剂后，有利于提高煤粉燃烧率，为进一步提高煤比，降低总燃料消耗创造了条件。

Experiment on Combustion-supporting Agent on PCI for BF at Iron-making Plant

First test on combustion-supporting agent on PCI into BF #5 was done in the second half of 2006 at Iron-making Plant, then further test on blending coals has been done into BF #1 to #4. By analyzing data of datum and test period as well as economic benefit, adding combustion-supporting agent on PCI can raise burning rate of powdered coal, which can create favourable conditions for raising coal ratio and reducing total flue consumption.
