挖掘机式冲击器工作装置的谐响应分析

摘    要:参考30 t级机型建立挖掘机式冲击器两种典型工况姿态的三维模型,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench中建立较高网格精度的有限元模型。对工作装置进行模态分析获得两种工况的频率和振型,然后采用模态叠加法进行谐响应分析获得两种工况工作装置关键部位沿X、Y和Z向的在频域的位移响应曲线。为了解挖掘机式冲击器工作装置关键部位的幅频特性,挖掘机和冲击器的频率匹配提供一定的依据。

Abstract:The three-dimensional model of two kinds of typical working condition of excavator-impactor was created according to the 30 tons related model.Import the three-dimensional model into ANSYS Workbench.Create the finite element analysis model of higher precision mesh.Through modal analysis to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode of the two kinds working conditions of working device.Then carry out the harmonic response analysis by using the modal superposition method,obtaining the two kinds working conditions' displacement response of the frequency of working device key sites along the X,Y and Z.The analysis results provide evidence for understanding the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the working device key sites and frequencies matching of excavator and impactor.
