摘    要:在酸洗缓蚀剂和盐水缓蚀剂均无法满足象新疆油田无机盐加重酸性完井液缓蚀要求的情况下,借鉴酸洗缓蚀剂和盐水缓蚀剂的作用机理,采用常规处理剂中引入特殊基团合成处理剂的同时,充分发挥多种处理剂的协同增效作用,在成功研制出能满足90℃条件下要求的缓蚀剂HCA-3的基础上,进一步优化高温缓蚀剂再次成功地开发研制出一种多组分复配高温高效缓蚀剂HCA-3H。该缓蚀剂能使氯化钠的质量分数为30g/100mL水、pH值低于3的无机盐加重隐形酸完井液在120℃条件下,腐蚀速率小于0.076mm/a,缓蚀率达98%以上。

Abstract:After the acid washing and the application Of brine inhibitors failed to control the corrosion of acidic completion brine in Xinjiang Oilfield, the corrosion inhibitor HCA - 3 meeting 90℃ requirement was developed successfully with the reference of the mechanisms of acid washing and brine inhibitors and by introduction of special group into the conventional treatment agents to produce synthetic agent. On the basis of corrosion inhibitor HCA - 3, the high - temperature performance was optimized and a multi -component compound high -temperature high -ettlciency inhibitor HCA -3H was successfully developed. The inhibitor can reduce the corrosion rate to less than 0.076mm/yr and increase corrosion inhibition rate to 98%for the acidic completion brine with greater than 30g/100 mL of sodium chloride and pH 〈3 inorganic salt at a temperature of 120℃.
