| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种高精度变换器的设计以及在称重/测力领域中的应用. 它集多通道、运算放大器、A/D,CPU,I/O为一体,输出为标准的数字量信号,外壳采用全不锈钢设计,具有密封性好、抗干扰能力强、精度高、功能多,实现了多个传感器的远距离传输,可直接与计算机通信. 实验证明:该变换器的精度达到了0.01%.

| Abstract: | Design of a kind of high accuracy transformer and its application in the weighing/measuring field are introduced. It gathers multi-passage, operational amplifier, A/D, CPU, I/O for integral whole, the output is the standard digit signal, outer shell adopts the whole stainless steel design, it has the good seal property, the anti-interference ability,the high accuracy,many functions, and realizes long-distance transimission of many sensors and can be direct with computer communication. Through the experiment,the transformer attains (0.01 %) accuracy. |
