活性炭纤维吸附-冷凝技术在有机废气回收净化中的应用

摘    要:文章分析了我国工业生产中的有机废气处理问题,通过对比各种有机废气回收处理技术,开发了活性炭纤维吸附-冷凝工艺技术进行中试试验,回收处理胶粘行业有机废气,结果表明,当进气流量为16 m3/min,进气温度为35℃左右时,对甲苯的吸附量可达到0.195 g/g活性炭纤维,每回收1 kg甲苯可得到5.25元的效益,采用该工艺技术回收有机废气,具有显著的经济效益和环保效益。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the treatment problems of organic waste-gas in industrial production of China,developing Activated Carbon Fiber adsorptive-condensing process technology by contrasting all kinds of recovery technique of organic waste-gas.The results of pilot scale test of recovery processing organic waste-gas of gluing industry showed that,the adsorption amount of toluene can reach 0.195 g/g when the intake flow-rate was 16 m^3/min and temperature was about 35 ℃.It will bring benefits of 5.25 yuan while recovery 1 kg toluene.The process technology using in recovery organic waste-gas will create great economic,social and environmental benefits.
