| 摘 要： | 采用基尼系数，带间差异系数，带别特化系数指标对广州老城区商业密集地带的零售商业服务业的区位类别进行了划分，区分出向心分布，离心分布，局部集聚，均匀分布四大类和九个亚类，进而分析广州老城区零售商业服务业区位特征，并在此基础上提出发展老城区零售商业服务业的几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, based onthe three indexes: Gini, law, zonedifference and specialization, dis-cusses the location types of ur-ban commerce trades in old dis-trict of Guangzhou, then dividesthem into four types and ninesubtypes. Finally, the authors givesome suggestions on how to de-velop the city commercial tradein this district. |
