基于Pro-E的输送系统钢结构连接构件设计

摘    要:自动化输送系统中钢结构连接构件的规格各异而数量庞大,它们之间又有一定的规律性,适于参数化设计。根据连接构件的各种变量,建立Excel数据文件,在完成构件(以槽钢梁为例)的类属零件(母体)后,应用Pro-E的族表功能,Excel表中直接复制相关数值,实现了钢结构连接构件的3D快速建模。这种方式准确高效,便于设计制造。

Abstract:The different specification of steel structure connected compoment of automatic conveying system, they have certain regularity and are suitable for parametric design. According to the variable of the connected component, Excel data file is established, after finishing the component parts, applying prole table function, it can realizes 3d modeling of steel structure connected component. This method is accurate and effective, and is easy to design and manllfacture.
