摘    要:研究了亚硫酸钠、硫代硫酸钠、双氧水、Fe^2+四种不同的还原剂在相同条件下对PbO2的还原效果,并研究了矿浆浓度、反应时间、还原剂浓度、温度对最佳还原剂还原效果的影响。结果表明,四种不同的还原剂还原能力依次为:硫代硫酸钠〉亚硫酸钠〉硫酸亚铁〉双氧水;以硫代硫酸钠作为还原剂的最佳还原条件为还原剂浓度0.8 mol/L,矿浆浓度20%,反应温度80℃,反应时间60 min,此时PbO2还原率可达82.97%。

Abstract:With four different reducing agents, sodium sulfite, sodium thiosulfate, hydrogen peroxlae, Fe^2+ etc, reduction of PbO2 under the same condition was studied comparatively in this paper. The impact of pulp concentration, reaction time, reductant concentration and reaction temperature on reducing efficiency of the best agent was studied, too. The results showed that the reducing ability of different agents decreased in the following order: sodium thiosulfate〉 sodium sulfite〉 ferrous sulfate〉 hydro- gen peroxide. When sodium thiosulfate was chosen as the best reducing agent, the highest reduction rate of PbO2 was 82.97% while reductant concentration 0.8 mol/L, pulp concentration 20%, reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 60 min.
