| Abstract: | Based upon random characteristics of the benefit of flood control, this paper presents a risky analysic method of the economic benefit of flood control in hydraulic Engineerings, and searches out the risk ratio as the benefit of flood control is gotten at its mean value and the risk ratio when the net benefit of flood control is gotten at a positive value. |
