基于LabVIEW的淬火介质冷却特性测试系统

摘    要:依据淬火介质冷却性能测定的IFHT标准——热电偶探头法,采用LabVIEW图形化编程环境和PCIM系列多功能数据采集卡,设计了淬火介质冷却特性测定系统。硬件设计上,用两通道数据采集分别采集淬火介质温度和环境温度,实现对K型热电偶动态冷端补偿;软件设计上,采用功能模块化设计,实现数据采集、预处理、标度转换、数据处理、结果实时显示和保存。同时,对热电偶mV级信号分别从硬件电路连接和软件数字滤波上消除干扰。试验结果表明:该系统具有对淬火介质冷却特性快速准确采集和实时显示功能。

Abstract:According to the measurement standard of IFHT,a quenchant's characteristic measuring device is developed by one of the best engineering GUI software,LabVIEW,with M-PCI 6221 data acquisition card.In hardware design,both the quenchant's cooling characteristic and the ambient temperature are acquired to actualize thermocouple cold junction compensation(CJC).On the other hand,many functions,such as data acquisition,data pre-process,scale conversion,data process,display and storage,are realized by the engineering GUI software in module structure.Besides,for precision measurement,circuit filter and digital filter are adopted to denoise the interference.The experiment results show that the system has the function of quick and accurate measurement and real-time display of cooling characteristics of quenchants.
