摘    要:通过试验,探讨了地下水除铁除锰水厂内铁泥的沉淀、脱水性能及其影响因素。结果表明,随着含固率的降低,铁泥沉淀速度提高;投加絮凝剂后,铁泥成层沉淀速度显著增加,并且在一定范围内,随着絮凝剂投加量的增加而增加;有机高分子絮凝剂CPF的助沉效果明显优于无机高分子絮凝剂PAC;随着pH的提高,铁泥沉淀效率降低,当pH为9.57时,铁泥基本上不沉淀;温度越低, 铁泥沉淀速度越慢;投加高分子絮凝剂,降低pH,可改善铁泥的脱水性能。

Abstract:The sedimentation and dehydration performances and their influencing factors of iron sludge (IS) in the Fe and Mn removal process at a groundwater purification plant were investigated experimentally. It was observed that the sludge sedimentation velocity increased with the decreasing of the solid content of the IS. When high molecule coagulant was added in certain range, the sedimentation velocity of IS increased evidently with the increasing of coagulant dosage. The performance of high molecule organic coagulant CPF was better than that of high molecule inorganic coagulant PAC obviously. When pH value was increased, the sludge sedimentation effect becomes worse, and when the pH value was 9.57, the sludge sedimentation did not happen basically. The lower the temperature is, the slower the sludge sedimentation velocity is. Dosing the high molecule organic coagulant in the sludge and lowering the pH value of the sludge could be helpful to improve the sludge dehydration performance.
