摘    要:针对某200万t/a重油催化裂化装置的流化异常问题,结合该装置的实际生产记录及标定核算报告,对其反应-再生系统的主要操作参数及压力平衡进行了系统的核算分析,并提出了相应的改造方案。操作参数核算结果表明,应合理调整第一、第二再生器的主风分配比例,应将半再生催化剂输送线路中空气提升管的直径适当加粗。压力平衡计算结果表明,提升管反应器静压偏高,再生滑阀压降在设计值的低限;建议在再生斜管上加设1根脱气管以取代再生立管上的脱气罐。

Abstract:According to the operating record and calibration report,the main operation parameters and pressure balance of the reactor-regenerator system were checked and analyzed in view of the abnormal fluidization problem existed in a 2 Mt/a FCCU,and the operation technology revamping of the FCCU was proposed.The checking results of the operation parameters showed that the fluidization air should be distributed correctly between the first and second regenerator,and the diameter of the air riser section of the semi-regeneration catalyst pipe should be enlarged.The calculating results of pressure balance of the reactor-regenerator system demonstrated that the static pressure drop of the riser reactor tended to a high value,but the pressure drop of the regeneration slide valve lain in a lower design limit,and an exhaust pipe should be attached to the regeneration inclined pipe to replace the exhaust tank in the regeneration vertical pipe.
