| Abstract: | The conception and function of logistics distribution center were introduced. The external planning including site selection and scale panning, the internal work flow planning, and the information system planning of logistics distribution center were analyzed and the specific planning flow was determined. Based on the elements of logistics distribution center, some methods and countermeasures for the management were put forward. |
