摘    要:白音华金山发电有限公司新建工程地处高寒地区,其锅炉水压试验受当地气温影响很大。在前期充分论证的基础上,针对锅炉水压试验前后的工作难点,采用了加强温度监测、增加临时采暖等措施,在寒冷冬季安全、经济地完成了1 号锅炉的水压试验,较好地把施工工期与机组整体试运投产计划进行了融合。

Abstract:A new power plant owned by Baiyinhua Jinshan power company is located in the Alpine-cold region where hydraulic test of boilers is greatly influenced by local temperatures.Therefore,various measures were taken for hydraulic test of the boiler No.1,including temperature monitoring and temporary heating.The test was conducted successfully in the cold winter and created a good condition for commissioning of the generator unit ahead of schedule.
