| 摘 要： | 从工作面底板突水相关概念出发,在分析底板突水各影响因素的基础上,阐述了底板突水安全预警系统建立的作用与意义.以安全预警理论为指导,结合矿井水害防治工作的实际需要,构建了工作面底板突水安全预警系统,提出系统的逻辑结构和总体构架,并对系统主要组成层面的功能进行了分析,为建立底板突水安全预警系统提供了一个新颖的实现方案.
