三氯化镧催化合成缩酮

摘    要:以固体三氯化镧为催化剂,以环己酮缩1,2-丙二醇为探针反应,考察了缩酮反应,得到的优化条件为:环己酮0.1 mol,1,2-丙二醇0.12 mol,催化剂用量1.0 g,反应时间90 min,反应温度150℃,10 mL甲苯作带水剂,并在此条件下合成了多种缩酮。实验表明三氯化镧在缩酮反应中具有良好的催化活性,缩酮收率可达90%以上。

Abstract:With solid LaCl3 as catalyst to replace conventional liquid inorganic acid, and ketalization between cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol as a probe reaction, the optimal conditions of ketalization were investigated and various ketals were synthesized. The results showed that the catalyst had good catalytic activity in ketalization. The drawbacks brought by using conventional liquid inorganic acid to catalyze ketalization could be avoided. Under the optimal conditions, i. e. , 0. 1 mol cyclohexanone, 0. 12 mol 1,2-propanediol, 1. 0 g catalyst, reaction time 90min, reaction temperature 150℃and 10 mL toluene as water entrainer, the yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was above 90%.
