| 摘 要： | 结合攀枝花钠化球团连续浸出试验 ,设计并制造了两种规格球团连续浸出装置 ,通过试验 ,探索了影响V2 O5 浸出率的诸因素及其影响程度。经测定 ,球团浸出反应速率控制过程为扩散过程。浸出工艺和设备可广泛应用于各种球团的连续浸出 ,本文对连续浸出和间断浸出的主要指标作了比较。

| Abstract: | In the light of the testwork on continuous leaching of Panzhihua sodium pellets, the continuous leaching equipment for two sizes of pellets has been designed and manufactured. Through testing, influence factors and degree on V 2O 5 leaching rate have been studied. The determined results show that the control process to reaction rate of pellet leaching is a dispersion process. The leaching process and equipment can be widely used for continuous leaching of all kinds of pellets. The main performance indices from continuous and discontinuous leachings are compared. |
