摘    要:研究了乙基纤维素(M70)含量对染料敏化太阳电池电极质量、电池性能的影响规律。研究发现适当的M70可以明显改善TiO2电极质量,提高电池性能。但过多的乙基纤维素含量,会降低电池的开路电压和短路电流,对电池性能的提高不利。当乙基纤维素含量为0.5g,染料敏化太阳电池光电转换效率最高,达到5.6%(Jsc=15.04mA/cm2,Voc=0.73V,FF=0.53)。

Abstract:The effects of M70 on performance of TiO2 electrodes and dye-sensitized solar cell efficiency were investigated in this paper. Experimental results show that proper addition of M70 can improve the performance of TiO2 electrodes and solar cell obviously. But excessive addition of Triton M70 leads to the decrease of open circuit voltage, short circuit current and efficiency. As the mass of M70 is 0.5 g , the highest efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell can reach to 5.6%(Jsc=15.04 mA/cm2, Voc=0.73 V, FF=0.5...
