摘    要:
依据安阳钢铁集团公司100t竖式电弧炉在不同铁水比例下的生产指标,系统分析了铁水作为电弧炉的主要原材料对冶炼工艺产生的影响,找出了冶炼工艺参数随铁水比例变化的规律,得出最佳兑铁水比例为35%.

Abstract:
Based on the target for production with different proportion of hot metal charging for an 100 t shaft furnace, the influence of hot metal as a part of furnace charging on arc furnace steelmaking process has been systematically analyzed to find out the rule of the process parameter change with the different proportion of hot metal charging, and the optimum hot metal charging proportion 35% was obtained.
