摘    要:在中小型横列式轧制机组中,在某一合适的位置上用一架万能轧机替换其中一架三辊轧机,可以在不改变原来整体工艺系统的条件下形成一种新的轧制作业线。这一作业线对于拓宽产品品种、提高产品质量均具有实际意义,并可为传统的三辊横列式轧制机组的改造提供一条可供选择的途径。用本文所论述的万能轧机在国内首次实现了矿用周期П形钢的成批生产。

Abstract:In medium and small section Belgian rolling mills train, using a universal mill in place of 3-hi rolling mills of the mills train in some suitable position,a new rolling mill train can be formed without chan ging the original technology layout of rolling mills. It is of practical significance both in extending the scope of products and in improving their quality. Moreover, it serves as an approach to be adopted in the reform of the traditional 3-hi Belgian rolling mills train. The first mass production of II -section steel used in mines is realized domestically with the universal mill described in this paper.
