| Abstract: | This paper introd uces two kinds of methods to stabilize M MIC amplifier consisting of MESFET and R CL series branch circuit inserted betwee n both gate and drain or gate and source . The relationship of stability factor K and circuit gain with parameters of RCL is also analyzed. |
