二氧化碳气调储粮技术在我库的应用情况概述

我国首座二氧化碳气调储粮示范库于2002年12月在我库成功建成,经过两年多的二氧化碳气调储粮试验表明,在高大平房仓中用浓度70%～35%的 CO_2处理15天对几种储粮害虫的各种虫态的防治效果均达到了100%,具有同常规磷化氢熏蒸杀虫相同的防治效果,且避免了害虫抗性的产生,符合绿色储粮的需求;二氧化碳气调储粮可适当延长粮食的宜存期,相应延长轮换周期,减少粮食的轮换次数,将为国家节省大量的轮换费用,经济效益明显。

APPLICATION OF CO2 CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE STORAGE IN OUR WAREHOUSE

The first CA grain example warehouse was successfully built up in Mianyang in December,2002.2-year experiment showed that,using 70%-35% concentration of CO_2 for 15 days in the storehouse,the control effects to different stadium of some stored grain insects reached 100%,was equal to the effect of phospine conventional fumigation.The technique also avoided insects resistance,meeting needs of green grain storage.This technique could delay grain storage term,accordingly delay rotate period,reduce grain rotate times,also save plenty of rota- tion cost.
