| 摘 要： | 为改善赤天化纸业公司碱炉点火控制故障频繁、故障处理的问题，采用简化系统控制线路、改变系统控制电源的改造方案，使系统故障率降低和方便故障时的检修。通过改造，降低了系统故障率、平均检修时间和能源浪费，大大提高了整个系统的生产效率和检修工作效率。

| Abstract: | To improve original ignition of recovery boiler at Paper Company ot Chitaanhua for eontrottmg malfunction frequently and poor troubleshooting problem, a simplified system control circuit, the transformation of the power to change the system control program, the system failure rate and failure to facilitate the repair. Through the transformation, reducing the system failure rate and average repair time and energy waste, greatly improving overall system efficiency and maintenance efficiency. |
