| 摘 要： | 随着电子系统和电路设计全面进入高速信号设计领域,信号完整性问题已经成为电子设计的一个瓶颈.针对分支线结构电气网络所遇到的信号完整性问题进行了深入分析,指出了通过阻抗控制来解决信号反射问题的方法,并且用电路模型仿真验证了方法的有效性.
