摘    要:
介绍了采用球铁回炉料及废钢通过增碳生产优质铸态铁素体球墨铸铁的生产实践,提出了利用增碳工艺不仅可提高铸态铁素体球墨铸铁抗拉强度35MPa左右,而且有效地降低了球墨铸的配料成本。

Abstract:
The practice of using recarburation process to produce high quality as-cast ferrite nodular ior n with returned nodular iron scrap and steel scrap was described.It's considere d that,by adopting recarburation process,not only the tensile strengh of as-c ast ferrite nodular iron could be increased by about 35MPa,but also the char ge cost could be reduced effectively.
