褐煤和煤矸石混合热解研究

摘    要:对某煤矿的褐煤和某煤矿煤矸石的混合物按(1:4,2:3,3:2和4:1)的比例进行热解。本实验采用热重分析法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)。将试样分别在同一条件下进行试验,气氛为氮气,升温速率为10℃/min,压力为0.055 MPa,反应终止温度为1000℃。通过对试验结果分析,研究分析混合比对试样热解的影响,并得到最佳混合比。

Abstract:Experiment about the pyrolysis of the Lignite(coal) and coal gangue’s mixture in different proportion(1:4,2:3,3:2,4:1) in different coal mine,and the experimental method is thermogravimetry(TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Put the sample in the same conditions for the test,atmosphere for N2,heating rate is 10℃/min,pressure is 0.055MPa,response to terminate the temperature is 1000℃.By analyzing the test results,further study is to sample the different effects of the pyrolysis,and study the optimum proportion.
