高温高热流密度熔盐吸热管传热试验研究

摘    要:以三元熔盐为传热介质,在熔盐吸热传热实验平台上进行高温高热流密度下316L不锈钢熔盐吸热管传热特性试验。吸热管外径为20 mm,实验流体温度控制在250~500℃,热流密度为180~470 kW/m2。实验揭示了不同温度及不同热流密度下熔盐吸热管内对流换热的Nu-Re关系,Nu随Re增加显著增大,实验Nu数普遍高于按Sieder-Tate关联式计算的值。分析了温度及热流密度对熔盐吸热管传热特性的影响,发现熔盐平均温度相同时,低热流密度下的Nu数大于高热流密度下的Nu数,同时实验结果显示高温高热流密度下熔盐吸热管的传热性能主要取决于熔盐流速,且高热流密度对传热过程中的温度影响非常显著。

Abstract:A series of experiments were done on the heat transfer platform to reveal the heat transferring performance and characteristics of the 316L stainless steel tube with ternary molten salts as transferring fluids under the conditions of high temperature and high heat flux.The outside diameter of the tube is 20 mm and the temperature was controlled between 250~500 ℃ while the heat flux between 180~470 kw/m2.Nu-Re profiles were gained under different temperature and heat flux,Nu increase with the increase of Re,the experimental Nu data is higher than the calculation data according to Sieder-Tate equation.The effects of temperature and heat flux to heat transfer performance were analyzed,at the same mean temperature of molten salt,the Nu of low heat flux is higher than the high heat flux,while the heat transfer performance and characteristics were up to the molten salt velocity and the high flux have the great effects on molten salt temperature.
