| 摘 要： | 介绍了PROFIBUS--DP现场总线在溢流染色机控制系统中的应用，采用现场总线技术与PLC技术。实现了对系统各设备的数据采集、处理及监控等功能。主站和从站能够独立运行，减少了人为因素对染色工艺的影响，大大提高了系统的智能化、自动化程度，且提高了生产效率和产品质量。

| Abstract: | An application of spilled-dyeing machine control system based on PROFIBUS--DP was described, FCS and PLC were used to control, get data on spot and monitor the system. The control system can run independently, man-made factors are reduced, dyeing automation, intelligence, efficiency and quality of the machine are improved greatly. |
