摘    要:高压涡轮导向器是航空发动机重要零部件之一,由于工作环境恶劣,经常出现腐蚀、烧伤、变形、鼓包、裂纹、掉块等故障。本研究介绍高压涡轮导向器故障情况,采用故障树法逐层分析故障产生的原因,利用逻辑决断法确定外场维修工作,制定维修方案,提出采用激光焊接修复工艺代替传统的氩弧焊接工艺,解决高压导向器修复后再次开裂的难题,提出预防改进措施。本文对节约发动机维修成本、保证产品质量和修理周期、提高发动机工作可靠性、保障部队飞行安全等具有理论意义和工程实践价值。

Abstract:High-pressure turbine guides are one of the important parts of aero-engines. Because of bad working environment, corrosion, burn, deformation, local bulge, cracking, block breaking-off and other faults often occur to them. In the present work, the failure of high-pressure turbine guides was discussed. The failure causes of high-pressure turbine guides were analyzed layer by layer by the fault tree method. Based on the logic decision method, on-site maintenance work was determined and maintenance schedule was formulated. It was put forward that the laser welding repair process was used to replace the traditional argon arc welding process, so that the problem of cracking again after the repair of high-pressure turbine guides could be solved. Other prevention and improvement measures were also proposed. The present work has theoretical significance and engineering practical value for saving engine maintenance cost, ensuring product quality and repair cycle, improving engine reliability, and ensuring the flight safety of the army.
