摘    要:
本文通过对力、压力、热、磁等多种传感器的研究及试验找到了一些比较可行的传感器可靠性筛选方法。

Abstract:
Great attentions have been paid abroad to reliability of sensors, especially the reliability screening, for a long time and the related researches o-verseas have been quite developed. Whereas in China, much work remains to be done in this regard. This paper puts forwards some applicable reliability screening methods for sensors based on comprehensive studies of force, pressure, temperature, and magnetic sensors.
