SO4^2-/Ti-MCM-41固体酸催化半纤维素水解动力学研究

摘    要:用水热法制备了SO4^2-/Ti-MCM-41固体酸催化剂,用X射线衍射分析(XRD)及N2吸附一脱附对催化剂进行了表征。研究了温度和时间对SO4^2-/Ti-MCM-41固体酸催化水解半纤维素的影响,采用Garrote模型模拟水解过程并进行动力学研究。模拟结果表明,Garrote模型能较好地描述介孔分子筛催化剂催化水解半纤维素过程。半纤维素、还原糖和糠醛的降解反应活化能分别为93.05、91.54和81.67kJ/mol。根据实验结果和模拟结果可得到最佳水解条件为:反应物固液比为1:60,催化剂质量分数为20%,反应温度为160℃,水解时间10min。

Abstract:SO4^2-/Ti-MCM-41 solid acid catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. The effects of temperature and time on hemicelluloses hydrolysis by using SO4^2-/Ti-MCM-41 solid acid catalyst were investigated, and the Garrote model was used to describe the hydrolysis process. SO4^2-/Ti-MCM-41 prepared catalyst exhibited high activity in the hydrolysis process, and Garrote model agreed with the experiments of the hydrolysis of hemicellulose very well. The activation energies of hemicelluloses to reducing sugar, furfural and their further degradation products were 93.05, 91.54 and 81.67 kJ/mol, respectively. The optimum reaction conditions of hemiceUuloses hydrolysis by SO4^2/Ti-MCM-41 catalyst were that the solid-liquid ratio is 1 :60, the mass fraction of catalyst is 20%, the reaction temperature is 160℃, and the reaction time is 10 min.
