激光精密加工技术的现状和展望

摘    要:根据加工对象尺寸与加工精度的不同,将激光加工分为大型件激光加工、精密激光加工与激光微细加工与激光微细加工技术三大类。重点介绍了激光精密加工技术,并与传统精密加工方法进行了比较。综述了激光精密加工的国内外发展现状及该技术的发展前景,并对我国激光精密加工技术的发展提出了建议。

Abstract:According to the sizes and accuracy of the laser machining workpieces,laser materials processing is classified into three kinds:laser machining of big size pieces,precision laser machining and laser micro machining.Especially,the art status and the perspective of precision laser machining in domestic and oversea area was reviewed,and their basic technique characterization was compared with the main traditional precision machining methods.Finally,some suggestions about how to develop the industry of laser precision machining in China were presented.
