| 摘 要： | 非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）是临床上最为常见的的肝病之一,炎症反应贯穿了NAFLD整个病变过程,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。目前认为胰岛素抵抗（IR）、氧化应激以及内质网应激（ERS）在NAFLD发病中起着重要作用。就炎症反应通过参与IR、氧化应激和ERS影响NAFLD进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD） is one of the most common clinical liver disease,and its path- ogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated. It is believed that insulin resistance（ IR）,oxidative stress and endo- plasmic reticulum stress（ ERS） plays an important role in the progress of NAFLD. Yet,inflammation throughout the whole progression of NAFLD,so,inflammatory response affects NAFLD through IR,oxidative stress and ERS is reviewed. |
