浅谈麦尔兹石灰窑连接通道耐材的技术改造

摘    要:涟钢2#麦尔兹石灰窑投产1年半出现连接通道处拱形耐火材料倒塌,3#麦尔兹石灰窑投产5个月连接通道处拱形耐火材料出现掉砖。麦尔兹石灰窑连接通道耐火材料的损坏严重影响了石灰窑的使用寿命。本文分析了问题产生的原因,并提出了在原有拱形上部增设浇注料的改造方案。

Abstract:The collapse of the refractory at the arch of connecting channel occurred 18 months after the commissioning of No.2 Maerz lime kiln of Liansteel. The refractory bricks at the arch of connecting chan- nel failed off after 5 months of the commissioning of No.3 Maerz lime kiln. The damage of the channel re- fractory at connecting channel of Maerz lime kiln influences the service life of the kiln seriously. The damage occurring causes are analyzed and the modification proposal in which castable is used at the orig- inal arch is put forward.
