摘    要:
通过对带钢张力矩计算理论公式的分析并结合工程实际,提出了一种采用多项式逼近来拟合活套张力矩非线性曲线的方法。该方法以有限个理论计算数据为样本,采用多项式函数离线进行回归,在保证高的逼近精度的前提下,以显著提高在线计算速度为目的。该算法在某热轧带钢的数字化改造中取得了非常好的应用效果,精度明显提高且能满足快速实时计算的要求,证明非常适合类似的实时控制场合。

Abstract:
A kind of method adopting polynomial approaches to match the nonlinear curve of looper tension moment is put forward on the base of analyses of the curve characteristic and project practice. The presented method is more accurate for using polynomial regression of theoretical calculated data as sample off-line and is quicker for the reason of its fixed polynomial pattern on-line. So it is very suitable for the similar situation of real time control. Moreover, application results prove that the algorithm is effective.
