基于供热电厂的热电气联调联供系统及模型研究

摘    要:供热电厂消耗的天然气、供应城市使用的电、热分别归属不同单位调度管理。保障供热电厂的安全运行是保障城市正常运行的重要条件,基于供热电厂的热电气联调联供系统及模型为此而研究建设。以供热电厂运行特性作为联调联供模型的基础,实现热电负荷优化分配,进而实现城市区域能源优化分配。热电气联调联供系统不仅涉及供热电厂,还包括热电气三方调度,监视记录各单位运行调度数据,实现实时数据监测、能力数据管理、情景模拟、预案管理、计划管理、公告管理等功能,为政府决策提供技术支持。

Abstract:Cogeneration power plants consume natural gas and generate heat and power. Natural gas,heat and power are controlled by different departments. It is essential to make the plants run safely in order to assure a city runs normally. The combined system and model is studied for it. The model is focused on optimal heat and power allocation to realize optimal energy distribution in a city. The system has the function of monitoring real time data,controlling capacity data, simulating scenario, controlling emergency plans, management plans and posts. The system could provide technical support for the government.
