| 摘 要： | 描述了文件数字时间戳的处理过程，介绍了处理过程的基本必要条件和固有的可能存在的问题，以及解决这些问题的方法和技术。同时分析了一种时间戳的新方法-减少戳的确认时间，最后探讨实施了如何处理匿名性等几个方面的问题。 |

| Abstract: | This article describes the process of digital time-stamping of document. It presents the basic requirements and possible problems inherent to the process and methods and techniques solving these problems. It also presents a new method of time-stamping that reduces the verification time of a stamp. Finally some aspects of implementation are discussed. |
