摘    要:设计引入一字线状激光作为目标检测光源,搭建了光学直径测量系统。为了突出目标检测工件特征,设计通过实时改变光积分时间以增强边缘信号特征。采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为CCD的驱动设备和信号处理器,采用亚像元边缘检测算法对一维图像数据进行处理,最后将结果实时显示出来。实验表明:系统能够完成目标检测任务,检测精度可以达到微米级。

Abstract:The design built an optical diameter measurement system by introducing a linear laser as target detection light source. To emphasize characteristics of target detection object, design adapt real-time change light integration time to enhance edge signal characteristics. Use programmable logic device (FPGA) as CCD driving equipment and signal processor, use sub pixel edge detection algorithm to process the one-dimensional image data, at last, the results will be displayed in real-time. Experiments show that the system can complete target detection task, and detection precision can achieve level of micron.
