摘    要:静合触点粘接是导致转换型功率继电器失效的重要原因。以某型号转换型功率继电器为研究对象,首先通过试验确定了触点释放回跳严重和电磁吸力下降是导致继电器失效的主要因素。然后通过更换簧片材料和优化尺寸参数来提高簧片刚度,抑制弹跳现象,同时增大线圈安匝保证继电器在电磁吸力下降后仍能稳定吸合。最后通过寿命试验对优化方案进行了验证。

Abstract:Static contact adhesion is the key factor leading to relay failure. A certain type of transformational power relay was studied. Firstly, that serious release rebound and electromagnetic force drop under high temperature is identified as the key factor which results in relay failure through the life experiment. Then, the spring stiffness is increased by replacing the spring materials and optimizing the dimension parameters. In this way, the contact release rebound is effectively suppressed. Meanwhile, coil ampere-turns is increased to make sure that the relay can still complete normal action even the electromagnetic force drops. Finally, optimization scheme was verified by the life test.
