| 摘 要： | 综述了肠道病毒的种类、结构、生物学特性、致病性及肠道病毒的检测方法.通过对各方法优缺点的比较,认为免疫学检测方法在方便快速检测肠道病毒中的独特优势,尤其是免疫胶体金标记法和酶联免疫吸附试验备受青睐.提出确定肠道病毒的共同抗原和研制胶体金多元化检测试纸条可作为今后肠道病毒的通用检测方法的研究重点. |
