| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了高纯度异丙基乙基硫氨酯的合成工艺,从催化剂、反应温度、收率等几方面入手,讨论了各因素对合成乙基硫氨酯的影响,得出结论：用某磺酸类物质作催化剂,反应温度55～70℃,其产品平均含量较高,并且对产品的收率无负面影响,合成效果优于不用催化剂产品。

| Abstract: | The method of preparing isopropyl ethylthiono carbamate was disscussed , starting with the cata-lyst , the reaction temperature , the yield of byproducts and other aspects , investigated the impact of vari-ous factors on the ethylthionocarbamate concluded ： use certain sulfonic acid as a catalyst , the reaction temperature is 60~70 ℃ , got a higher average content of the product , and no negative impact on the yield of the product , the product w hich used catalyst is better than the synthetic product . |
