| 摘 要： | 将旧住宅区的改造规为一个大系统,讨论了实现旧住宅区改造资金良性循环的有效途径。研究了加速旧改的对策;旧改的有效性估价;旧住宅改造方案的评价以及世界其它国家城市住宅再开发的经验等等,在此基础上提出两条途径实现旧住宅区改造资金的良性循环:一是广开财源,扩大资金来源渠道;二是节省投资,提高资金的使用效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the key problem of insufficient funds for regeneration the pro-posals for reaching the goal of a good monetory circulation are made by researching ef-fective ways to study the countermeasures of accelerating the regeneration,theeffectiveness valuation of old residence districts, the evaluation for the regeneration ofold housing alternatives and the introductien to some related experience of housingredevelopment from other countries,from which two methods are presented to realize thegood monetory Circulation:one is extensive fund resourses to enlarge the regenerationinvestment ways, the other is exploiting the potentialities of old residence districts to saveinvestment. |
