摘    要:根据标量衍射理论,首先讨论了两平面波干涉场的空间分布与平行投影正弦光栅的等价性。然后,基于几何光学分析,讨论物体轮廓对平行投影及发散投影结构光场调制问题,导出与这两种照明方式相适应的高度公式。最后,通过测量的理论模拟对所导出公式的可行性作出证明。

Abstract:According to the theory of scalar diffraction,first,the equipollence of spatial distribution of the plane-wave interferential field and parallel projective sine grating is discussed. Then,according to the geometrical optics,the modulation of structure light by the parallel projective illumination and the emanative projective illumination is discussed to educe the height formula corresponding to these two illuminative mode. Finally,the feasibility of the formula has been presented by academic simulation.
