电石法聚氯乙烯精馏尾气的综合回收利用

摘    要:针对电石法精馏尾气的特点,分析尾气的主要来源,结合国家现行规范,从行业技术进展、工程应用等角度做了详细的论述。并以年产30万t聚氯乙烯装置为例,对工艺过程、经济性等进行了详细的计算和说明,阐明了对尾气中的乙炔、氯乙烯、氢气等成分综合回收利用,有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Characteristics of rectification tail gas from PVC production with calcium carbide method were analyzed as well as its main sources.Technical progress and engineering application of comprehensive reutilization of rectification tail gas were discussed;the technical process and economical efficiency were calculated and illustrated with an example of 300 kt/a PVC unit.It’s pointed out that comprehensive reutilization of acetylene,polyethylene and hydrogen in tail gas can generate remarkable social and economic benefits.
