摘    要:为了分析电力变压器最大场强值与不同影响因素之间的变化规律,降低电力变压器的最大场强值和制造成本,增加变压器的运行可靠性,采用有限元分析软件对110kV级电力变压器的电场分布进行计算.分析了影响电力变压器最大场强值的主要因素,得出了不同因素变化时最大场强值变化量的曲线图,并对结果进行了讨论分析.提出了降低最大电场强度和生产成本的方法,为降低电力变压器最大场强值以及降低制造成本提供了依据.

Abstract:In order to analyze the change rule of the maximum electric filed intensity value with different influence factors for power transformer,reduce the maximum electric filed intensity value and manufacturing cost of power transformer and increase the operation reliability of power transformer,the electric filed distribution of 110 kV power transformer was calculated with the finite element software.The main factors influencing the electric filed intensity value of power transformer were analyzed,and the curves for the variation of maximum electric filed intensity value with different factors were attained.In addition,the obtained results were discussed and analyzed.A method of decreasing the maximum electric field intensity and production cost was proposed,which could provide the foundation for reducing both maximum electric filed intensity value and manufacturing cost of power transformer.
