摘    要:为削弱永磁风力发电机电势谐波的影响,提出一种极宽调制方法,通过优化发电机结构,提高气隙磁场的正弦化程度来改善发电机电势波形的质量.用ANSOFT软件分别对传统贴面式永磁发电机和新型极宽调制式永磁发电机进行有限元分析,研制了两种转子结构的永磁风力发电机样机,并构建电势波形检测系统进行实验研究.通过实验分析表明,有限元分析结果与样机实验结果一致,极宽调制永磁风力发电机能明显削弱电势谐波,从而证明了利用极宽调制方法削弱永磁风力发电机电势谐波是有效和可行的.

Abstract:To reduce the effect of EMF harmonic wave for permanent magnet(PM) wind generator,a pole width modulation method was proposed.The structure of the generator was optimized and the sinusoidal degree of the air-gap magnetic field was enhanced to improve the quality of EMF waveform of the generator.The ANSOFT software was used to carry out the finite element analysis for both traditional surface PM generator and new pole width modulation PM generator,respectively.The PM wind generator prototypes with two kinds of rotor structures were developed,and an EMF waveform detection system was established to perform the experiments and research.The experimental analysis reveals that the finite element analysis results and the experimental results for the prototypes are consistent,and the pole width modulation PM wind generator can reduce the EMF harmonic wave significantly.And thus,it is proved that the pole width modulation method of reducing the EMF harmonic wave for PM wind generator is effective and feasible.
