新型聚胺抑制剂的实验室研究

摘    要:通过合理的分子设计,得到了5种聚胺抑制剂样品。试验结果表明,典型样品在0.3%的加量下,120℃的相对抑制率即达到95%以上,升温至150℃,相对抑制率变化不大。其中运动粘度和阳离子度适中的3号样品在室内配制钻井液和现场聚磺饱和盐水钻井液中配伍性良好,在抗10%的粘土污染试验中,表观粘度上升率仅为46.7%,显示出优良的抑制性能。

Abstract:Five polyamine inhibitor samples were synthesized according to molecular design.Test results show that the relative inhibition rates at 120 ℃ have achieved 95% when adding 0.3% typical samples;while temperature reaching 150 ℃,the rates remain.The third sample with suitable kinematic viscosity and cation degree has well compatibility in laboratorial drilling fluid and polymer saturated saltwater drilling fluid,and the increasing rate of apparent viscosity is only 46.7% in the pollution test of 10% clay,which can prove that the sample owns perfect inhibition performance.
