摘    要:以16万m3LNG低温储罐内罐施工为例,从内罐结构、安装工艺、壁板垂直度和底板平整度控制、检验与返修等方面,介绍了9Ni钢内罐安装精度的控制方法。实践表明,精确定位安装壁板、反变形、多层多道双面同时埋弧自动横焊等方法,均可提高内罐安装的壁板垂直度和底板平整度。

Inner Tank Installation Precision Control Technique of Large Low Temperature LNG Tank

Abstract:Taking the construction of the inner tank of a 16 × 104 m3 LNG tank as an example,this paper introduces installation precision control method of the 9Ni steel inner tank from the respects of inner tank structure,installation process,wall verticality and bottom planeness controls,checking and rework.The practice shows that the methods such as precisely arranging and installing wall plates,reverse deformation,automatic submerged arc welding with multi-layer,multi-pass,both sides and transversal welding are all able to improve the wall installation verticality and bottom planeness of the inner tank.
